Native Houstonian and HBJ Top-25 Realtor, Lucille Fendley, is a strong listing agent who knows her markets in Memorial, the Memorial Villages, and Spring Valley. Lucille focuses particularly on the neighborhoods in and around Bunker Hill, Whispering Oaks, Frostwood, Paul Revere/Legend, and Naughton. Along with her team, she also works in the Energy Corridor, Sugar Land, Katy, and Tomball.
A Realtor for more than 30 years, Lucille is a superb negotiator, always professional, an efficient time manager, highly motivated, and resourceful. She was a teacher for seven years and credits that first career with giving her excellent communication skills and an ability to work with people from all cultures and walks of life.

Lucille grew up in the Heights and attended St. Pius High School and the University of Houston. She is the mother of two grown children and enjoys activities with her family, reading, music, exercise and boating.

Working with Lucille Fendley, she quickly became an integral part of the team with her attention to detail and drive to ensure a smooth transaction. A native Houstonian, Lisa Swanson graduated from Duchesne Academy in 2000. She then attended Texas A&M where she was a member of the F.I.R.E. club (Finance, Insurance and Real Estate - Secretary 2002-2003) and Delta Zelta. During this time she became interested in Real Estate when she took her first job at Coldwell Banker United Realtors. Since then, she has gained extensive experience and market knowledge working with top producers in the Memorial market for over 17 years, 15 of those with Lucille Fendley.
Lisa loves matching people to houses. She takes great enjoyment showing homes, writing contracts and handling details quickly and efficiently. Organized and thorough, she will guide each client step by step through the listing or purchase process to make each transaction as special as the client.
