Buying Frequently Asked Questions

I am interested in purchasing a home, where do I start?

The first step you should take is to talk with a lender. You will need to have a pre-approval letter for any offer you make so getting this done before you find the perfect house is preferred. This way you will have a strong offer when you are ready. Call me for recommendations.

There aren't many homes in the area I like or when they come up they are quickly gone. What benefits come with working with you?

I have a large network and hear of many homes before they come on the market. With demand being so high and supply so low, you must work with a Realtor who has these strong connections. It greatly increases your chances of finding a home in the area you prefer. I have many neighbors and past clients who let me know well in advance they want to sell soon

Are there costs involved with using you as my realtor?

There are no costs for the buyer when purchasing a home. This is a cost the seller pays to the Brokerage firm. It is always best for a buyer to have representation in a real estate transaction. There are many moving parts and I can make sure you have a strong offer to secure a home.

The home we like needs to be remodeled. How do I find out what it would cost?

Many homes in Memorial are older with great potential. I have a list of contractors who will remodel, add-on or build to suit. They can come give a bid during the option period. I will be happy to assist you with this once we find a home you are interested in.

I have lost several homes due to multiple offers. How do I get the home in a situation like this?

I am very experienced with multiple offers. I know how to make your offer strong and hopefully beat the competition.
