Our market is very active at this time. There is a high demand and not nearly enough homes for the buyers looking. It is currently a seller's market, hence why it's so important to have your home in the best possible condition to get the highest price. If your home does not have any updates, that's ok also as many of the buyers out there are willing to make upgrades.
